I want to buy a product from america at 185 quid. would i have to pay uk custom and duty fees?

I am from the uk and want to buy a product from america through ebay.co.uk which cost 185 pounds. The shipping costs are 9 quid to get it sent to me from america. I was wondering if i would have to pay uk custom and duty fees for this item and if so how much would i have to pay ?
