I'm proposing a 200+ story building for Detroit, Michigan What do you think about it?

The Tower has been recieved by the Detroit Economic Club, and the Government has delegated 12 billion Dollars to the project, the project will employ 16 million employees. The Tower will bring tourism back to the crime war torn city, and will end unemployement in Michigan. The Tower will add a touch of modern day elegance, and crime is said t o fall by 80%, any comments?
