Another clomid question. plz read and answer.?

i finished my last pill yesterday i took the pills 4-8 of my cycle...... i had no side effects, pretty good 1st round. but today i felt so sick i was shaking and i throw up, very unusal for me esp since it hit me out of no where and the beginning part of my day was great. after some relaxation I feel better just a lil uneasy on the stomach but not too major. so i guess my question is......does this mean the clomid is working and doing its job???
