Overwhelmed by trouble?

Sounds like a very frustrating time, sorry to hear about it. If you live in an apt. complex, I would talk with the super about the overflowed toilet, and maybe ask about the battery for the phone. Sometimes you can just replace the battery, and not have to purchase a new phone. Pogo makes mistakes, and if you go through the help section on the website, you can e-mail them about what the problem is. You don't have to go through the paying membership site, the free site works too. It can look confusing because you have to choose info from drop down menu's, but you then would be able to type in the info about your membership problem. Maybe your caretaker can help you with this. Don't feel bad about not understanding the info they sent you, it can be very confusing... probably written more for computer people than the general public. I don't know what ic service bill is, or how it was messed up so can't give suggestion for that. If you are a disabled senior, do you have a case manager, nurse manager or social worker that works with you? They also might be able to help with some of those things. No ideas why it all went wrong, other than things do happen, and sometimes a lot happens at the same time. That's usually about the time when I try to have a good belly laugh, and that makes me feel better. Maybe watch a comedy? If you live in an apt. complex, maybe there are neighbors there that can help. Hoping things are looking up for you, and you're feeling better by now.
