so im trying my best to be a good diet and not eat loads of crap! i have recently stopped feeding and want to lose my baby weight. i have been eating lots of spinach salads with no dressing and fruit and yoghurt with flax seed in. i have just made a veggie soup with broth and flax and nothing else. i am not eating bread if i can help it but i run a dayhome and sometimes need something fast to eat. any tips would be great thanks
