well I went for a job interview it went fine they send me for a second one with a dm then another with vp it when great on every aspect at the end he said he needs a background check on me and that he let me know when he any decision when he gets it back usually takes 5 days I have 2 more interviews during the day and I will contact you on 5 days so Im confuse 3interviews 1 background check an now what, are they going to hire me or not ?
