What was that show that was on for a short time?

What was that show that aired I think early 2000's. It was a group of people using a bunch of technology to fight crime (if you will). All I can remember is that they had a big box truck van (black I think?) and the letters FX. There were a couple of guys and a girl I think. I remember an episode where the girl had a handheld device to capture images on peoples license plates and search a database for the persons identity. They also had a toy car with cameras that they used in missions.
