I need advice on my allergies (any doctors?)?

For the last three years, I have suffered from severe allergies. The symptoms include constant sneezing, stuffy/runny nose, itchy/DRY eyes, itchy throat, mouth, and chin! I don't have insurance so I went to the county clinic and they gave me a prescription for zyrtec, but it just doesn't seem to help, and they don't seem very willing to help me fix this! I don't really have $600 to have allergy testing done like if I went to see an allergist. I thought about doing an online consultation with one of those physicians who will write you a prescription on the internet, but I don't know if that's trustworthy. What do you think I should do?
