I need help with my ILR application?

my husband has got indefinite and i am on a 2yrs spouse visa to expire june 4th but i am goin for premium service on friday 27th may this week as i started a new job and they asked me if i can get a same day service,and i have been working ,my husband lost his job and has been getting job-seekers allowance,i need to know if as he is getting it,it would affect me? and also he is not going to same day service with me as he has to sign on that day to collect his job seekers allowance,would it be a problem if he is not with as he would be writting a letter for me that he supports my application thank you
