What is an excellent, detailed workout regimen that I can do in order to make the U.S. Army Special Forces?
I am 16, 150 lbs., 5'10", and an Honors/AP student. Academics/intelligence is not a problem for me, but when it comes to physical fitness, I am out of shape for my age group. I was a varsity hurdler/sprinter freshman year, but since then, I've gotten lazy, fat(ter). My life long goal has been to make the Green Berets, but at this moment in my life, the odds are against me, fitness wise, and I was hoping to find some type of plan that would not only get me back into shape, but to help me score a 300 on the Army fitness test and prepare me for the SF selections.
