What is cooking in your kitchen?

I am going to use the recipe on the back of the corn meal package and make the shell. I will be using boneless skinless chicken seasoned and simmered to perfection, topped with lettuce tomatoes, onions, and homemade salsa (made with fresh chiles from the bush). Avocado would be nice too. I want to serve it with refried beans that were made fresh and taste sooo good. As well as Spanish Rice that I can taste already. Oh, and we can not forget that fresh gl of tea served with plenty of ice. This question made me sooo hungry. I think I will get started now! I hope all enjoy their meals this day.
