Is it harder to get hired at Google or Disney?

In regards to professional positions - which organization is more selective in hiring? Google is many individuals' dream place to work - for the culture, perks, and reputation primarily. Disney attracts a different type of person I would say, but its innovation has always been appealing to me. Without having an inside connection, which company is more difficult to get into?
