Are gall stones poisonous? If so, what are some treatments?

Gall stones are not poisonous, however if you have a lot of them they can cause you to get sick...especially if you have one that gets lodged in your common bile duct, the only cure is surgical intervention and sometimes surgery doesnt help with 100% of the flare ups....low fat diet can help also.
